  1. This is a website of the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS), a charity registered in England and Wales (306094), whose registered office is at Red Hill House, 227 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2JG. References in these Terms to ‘we’ or ‘us’ are to the RLSS
  2. Availability and conditions of use
    2.1  The Site is made available to you by us. While we make every effort to ensure that the Site is available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the Site’s continued availability at all times or uninterrupted use by you of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of the Site from time to time at our sole discretion.
    2.2  As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree:
    2.2.1        not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, or prohibited by these terms and conditions; and
    2.2.2        not to defame or disparage anybody or express a view in a manner which is obscene, derogatory or offensive; and
    2.2.3        to be responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
    2.3  If we allow you to contribute material to our website, you will not contribute anything
    2.3.1        which you not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
    2.3.2        which is technically harmful (including, amongst other things, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data);
    2.3.3        impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone or entity;

    2.4.1        You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, highlight, comment, modify or reproduce your contributions in whole or part, in whatever form, on our website, social media pages and in other communications and publications;

    3.5   The RLSS name and logo are trademarks of the Royal Life Saving Society. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such trademarks, names or logos and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder’s rights.

    4.1  While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, we do not represent, warrant or promise (whether express or implied) that any information is or remains accurate, complete and up to date, or fit or suitable for any purpose.
