Sheena has been involved in lifesaving for over 50 years. She joined a club to take her Bronze Medallion as soon as she was old enough and never left the lifesaving family. She has subsequently been involved in numerous local branches wherever she has lived.
During her lifesaving journey she has held many posts from local club level to national committee and is currently a member of the RLSS UK Trustee Board along-side her responsibilities to the RLSS Commonwealth Trustee Board.
Outside of Lifesaving Sheena has had a varied career, primarily employed as a school educator but with a background in academic research as well as a stint working in a bank.
