- This is a website of the Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS), a charity registered in England and Wales (306094), whose registered office is at Red Hill House, 227 London Road, Worcester, WR5 2JG. References in these Terms to ‘we’ or ‘us’ are to the RLSS

2.1 The Site is made available to you by us. While we make every effort to ensure that the Site is available, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee in any way the Site’s continued availability at all times or uninterrupted use by you of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the operation of the Site from time to time at our sole discretion.
2.2 As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree:
2.2.1 not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law, or prohibited by these terms and conditions; and
2.2.2 not to defame or disparage anybody or express a view in a manner which is obscene, derogatory or offensive; and

2.3 If we allow you to contribute material to our website, you will not contribute anything
2.3.1 which you not own or for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals;
2.3.2 which is technically harmful (including, amongst other things, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data);
