Clive Holland

Deputy Commonwealth President 

Clive was appointed Deputy Commonwealth President, and Chair of the Board of Trustees, in July 2013 and re-appointed in 2021. He has experience of international drowning prevention, having served as National President of RLSS UK between 2004 and 2010 and as a director of both the International Life Saving Federation and of its European Region between 2008 and 2016.   

Clive is a UK qualified lawyer, and until his retirement was a partner in a law firm where he specialised in property and compliance matters.
