Africa Regional Trustee 

A Trustee since 2008, Dylan has been an active volunteer for the RLSS and Lifesaving South Africa (LSA) since 1989. 

He served on the RLSS Commonwealth Business Development Committee from 2008 to 2015.  

Dylan is a Past President of Lifesaving South Africa, a position he held from 2008 to 2019. He currently serves as an LSA board member. 

He has served for over 30 years at provincial and national level in South Africa, in roles including Provincial Team Coach, Education Officer and Nipper Officer, National Selector, Director of Development and Vice-President of LSA.  

In recognition of volunteer services to the Society he was honoured to receive the Honorary Vice-Presidents Award (2003) and HRH Prince Michael of Kent 125th Anniversary Certificate of Merit (2016). Dylan was also received the National Honours award and Meritorious Award for Service. He was the first person to be awarded, Life Membership to Lifesaving South Africa (2019). 

Dylan is a qualified educator and has worked in education for over 30 years. He is currently the Headmaster of a secondary school in Cape Town, South Africa.
